Passionate Veterinarian and Founder of IVS Mobile Vets & Grooming Spa
Dr. La Dissa Moore, born and raised in Los Angeles, California, has always harbored a deep love for animals. Her journey into veterinary medicine began early, volunteering at local veterinary hospitals where she discovered her calling. Dr. Moore pursued her education at the prestigious Tuskegee University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Animal, Poultry, and Veterinary Sciences, followed by a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine.
Specialty
Upon graduation, Dr. Moore completed a small animal rotating internship at a top veterinary specialty hospital in Long Island, New York. This experience exposed her to various veterinary specialties, including neurology, internal medicine, dermatology, oncology, and exotic animal medicine. She then returned to Los Angeles to undertake a Neurology Specialty Internship at VCA All Care Animal Hospital while also practicing at holistic veterinary hospitals. These experiences fueled her passion for neurology and holistic veterinary care, inspiring the creation of Integrative Veterinary Services Inc. (IVS).
